Telephone Town Hall

How Telephone Town Halls Work

Telephone Town Halls are a large scale town hall meeting conducted over the phone where you have the ability to communicate with thousands of constituents, mobilize voters, and effectively spread your message.

With the most innovative technology available Telephone Town Halls invite constituents and voters to join a conference call town hall meeting that enables them to participate from the comfort of their living room--- or wherever their phone takes them.

You and your staff have control of the entire event. You will lead an interactive discussion where you determine the beginning and end of the event, ask polling questions, engage participants in a dialogue and receive data back detailing each participant’s activity during the town hall.

Telephone Town Hall Tools

Screening: Members of your staff will have the ability to prep town hall participants who have questions before they ask them live on the air.

Interactive Polling: Prior to the start of the Telephone Town Hall you will have the opportunity to program unique poll questions into the web interface. At any time during the event you can pose these questions to the participants and receive real time results. The results can be used to further the town hall discussion or for further communication with participants after the event.

Voicemail: At the conclusion of the Telephone Town Hall all participants are given the option to leave a voicemail with any comments or questions that they may still have. These voicemails will be emailed to you and your staff the following day.

Experts and Community Leaders: Our technology allows for experts and community leaders of your choosing to call in from across the nation and around the globe to help moderate your event and answer constituent and voter questions.
