Voices of Marriage in Maryland

A marriage equality law was on the Maryland ballot in November 2012 and we wanted to uncover the voices of straight and allied Marylanders who supported granting the freedom to marry to same sex couples.

Demographics are on the side of LGBT equality thanks to high youth support, but we found key champions across the state from the “Greatest Generation” and baby boomers. Take a moment to listen to some of these passionate voices and real words they use in the Free State in support of marriage equality.
